Absolutely shocking by any standards and cannot be blamed on transition. I would expect a team in transition to be able to pass the ball and to learn from their mistakes and improve gradually even if it is at a snails pace. That is not what we are doing. If you go back to the start of the season i.e when Silva took over, we have most definitely gotten worse and have gone backwards.
