I can be a friend to you
Got myself two months out of the rat race and am heading to south america: 3 weeks in ecuador, 3 weeks in colombia and 3 weeks in argentina/ patagonia. Anyone been to these countries and would like to give me some hints about stuff to do, where to go, general advice etc?

Right, firstly the birds are boss the more Central America way you are but are clearly after your money. Who cares! Get stuck in lad.

You're going to be get robbed and bummed at some point, so prepare.

The beak will be sensational in Columbia, do it through a taxi driver or something. Then revert to point one.

Have mucho fun.

ha. I've got something a bit less exciting planned. maybe some low grade bumming and whatever the colombian version of tixylix is.

Patagonia... learn welsh.

I think Mutzo has been to those sorts of places.

I worked with a superb Ecuadorian in Sydney, the fantastically named Rodrigo Rodriquez, he put half of Sydney out 1 day when he chopped a power cable, put himself out as well tbh.

Colombia I wouldn't fancy I have to say, but Buenos Aires is a city I would really like to visit, looks very laid back.

Well people, i'm still alive, no traps, bumming or robberies. Been the Caribbean, the jungle, the pacific, quito, bogota. The women in bogota are phenomenal. Going to Buenos Aires next, and have got tickets to boca juniors vs river plate. If I don't make it out alive then consider this my will stating that I donate my worldly possessions to GOT.

Ask Riquelme if he was ever at John Lennon Airport. You're bound to bump into him

Enjoy your trip dogg

Enjoy the Bombonera mate. Watch out for the Barrabrava. Some fine women in BA. Former indie car racer Martin Brundle summed them up well... 'dark South American looks combined with European style.' Cool As.
