I remember when I once had everton kit on when I went to footy game with me team. One old school football pops came to me and said " Moyes army, eh?" I said "hell yes"...old feller said..."proper manager youve got there"

Gotta say im not sure Moyes is the answer to our current problems but I did wonder what his teams here would be like if he was backed properly in the transfer market. As previously mentioned Arteta et al were all bargain basement buys at the time, he definitely had an eye for a bargain. Thought Cahill was his best buy.

Going on Win % alone, there are a few others that should get a comeback before Moyes, though not all of them are available right now :D

Three huge failures on the bounce which includes a very recent relegation. This is the bloke some people want?

He's busted flush and long finished as a top level manager.

Not seeing much to howl at tbh, unless it's howls of anguish at how average we've been over a long period of time - it is true for any Blue under the age of 35, that Moyes' side around 07-09 driven by a prime Arteta will have been the best they've seen. Not a controversial claim at all.

Now that, is truly tragic.
