Some Neighbourly Help But....

I guess most of us have kopite friends and neighbours and I guess some of us, like me, enjoying whistling 'Z Cars' and singing 'Grand Old Team' whenever they're in the vicinity.
Today, my 20 year old kopite neighbour named Oslo got locked out of his house.
Did I laugh? Did I point and laugh? No. I went and put on my Everton shirt and strolled over with my toolbag to help him. Us Blues are good lads aren't we?
But I did instruct my daughter to ring me at least three times in the following 15 minutes, and not to expect an immediate answer; 'Z Cars' is my ringtone.
And the punchline my friends....I couldn't get in and a locksmith cost him £125.

Has anyone on here ever actually met a red that gets annoyed hearing z-cars?

I saw some videos of blues driving past crowds at the homecoming paraded blasting it over their stereos, and fair play to them for doing it. It was funny and a perfectly reasonable middle finger to the waiting crowds, but I didn’t read a single comment from a red that suggested any annoyance or anger at all.

I’d be amazed if any of them knew Z Cars and it’s connection to us. We’re talking about a fan base that needs song sheets for their own song here... lol
