This guy advertises his party on myspace, 500 drunken 16 year olds rock up, and start smashing up the street.

He did an interview on the current affairs show last night and if the guy wasnt such a turd, it was some classic Tv. The interviewer asked him to take off the glasses and apologise, but he replied that he's famous now, and doesnt have to do anything.

I cant find last nights interview, but it highlighted the gulf between generations nowadays.

Are we doomed? And does this kind of [Poor language removed] happen in the UK?

thats a pretty bad story. I wouldn't at 16 have even considered having a house party- my father would have shot me. and i definately wouldn't have one now i'm in my own house!
i'm only 20 now though...so maybe i'm an exception.
The problem lies in the advertising on myspace- anybody can read another persons myspace. If you are under 16 your profile is supposed to be private but its easy enough to get round that by lying about your age. Normally a teenager wouldn't know 500 people but through myspace its too easy.

Yeah he stuffed up bigtime.

His mum and dad were on holiday in queensland, and in the latest twist he's now on the run, MIA.

to be hhonest I thought it was pretty funny.

teenagers setting fire to incapacitated drunks, stabbing each other or adults who try to intervene, selling crystal meth to other minors, joining gangs and arming themselves with guns - sure.

But a party of 14 - 17 year olds that gets out of hand and 500 people turn up and they throw beer cans at the police. Come on - oh to be young.

I read it and laughed myself, stupid [Poor language removed], don't advertise that on myspace. He's stupid for using myspace at all, it's all about facebook these days if you ask me.
I'd love to set fire to a drunk, bizzarrely, and perhaps worryingly given my constant flirtations with the insane/sick, the thought has never crossed my mind....until now.
14 year olds can't handle their ale, I know from experience, I was 14 once, true story.

And being young was/is boss, I'm 20 so I don't know if I necessarily fall into that category...

Its funny, when you get over 25 you want to still think of yourself as young, but until that point you always want to be older!

I'm 20 and I always feel old as I have lots of younger family and friends. But i'm guess i'm young. I'd rather be in my teens still though!

Haha, I didn't even look at the link when I posted my first reply, and I just have now and LMAO    that lad was beat severely with the ugly stick, [Poor language removed]' ugly [Poor language removed] **** **** shitface, he's havin' an absolute 'mare. I hope his parents feed him his own faecal matter and then make him eat his sick.

Its real alright.

Thats how the kids dress here now. Like bad extras from Back to the future II.

I know its funny, but on a deeper level, its what all the kids are turning into. I read somewhere there has been a shift in our society that once heralded brains, now has changed to value looks as the best attribute.

I for one think the generations growing up now are just brain dead. More so than any other generation before it. There role models are the Hiltons, the Ritchies and the Spears. Extreme this and that. Weird clothes that arent any one particular style, just strange fleuro mishmash if 70's and 80's.

The teachers I know call it generation 'me'.

Maybe its just down here, and the cryptosperidian in our water supply is getting out of hand. But I dont really want to leave the future to these clowns. See how quickly an A grade spazz can grow into a celebrity?
