That's why till the end of the season may be on or untill January - Glad to see whoever gets the post the board have not panicked and dived in for big Sam!
 
I don't think it's a good idea to give Unsworth the job especially because of our league position. But the general murmur at the minute is that he's gonna be given the job or more time, if this is the case he needs to bring a proper experienced backroom staff on board. I reckon Stubbs will be given a call. Wonder who else.

agreed, was rubbish. I witnessed his rubbishness first hand
 

His best game was at Spurs. I think it was his debut and he smashed in an equaliser for 3-3 after we had been 3 down at half time
After that it was all downhill.....

Of which the quality of football is like the equivalent of league one/lower end of the championship. We are also like the Man City of youth teams in that league lol

well Moshiri has now gone full Venky on us and shown complete and utter disrespect to the fans with this 'appointment' of Unsworth. Disgusting - utterly sickening.

It is not “on the basis” of three defeats from four matches......one of which was a cup tie he had 48 hours to prepare for and another which was a forlorn hope in Lyon any old way, no matter whom was in charge, given our position in the group.

If Unsie is to e left in situ it is, IMO, a recognition that we are not yet in full scale panic mode and there is every reason to believe we can gather a few wins over the next run of games to lift us well up the table.

And the higher up the table we are the better the pool of managers we can attract.

I for one have looked into the Allardyche Pit and did not like what it represented.

We have a bit of breathing space now so let’s trust one of our own to steady the ship between now and January, hopefully beyond, and start again with a new, progressive manager in the summer.

Unless Unsie really kills it and makes himself the obvious choice ;)

This is one particular fan,a season ticket holder and a matchgoer for half a century, whom has not been one bit “disrespected”.

If what you say is true then well done Mosh and good luck to Rhino :pint2:
