And we thought we had problems with pyro this season! Check out this video, 24 seconds in, of the Dutch Cup Final yesterday between PEC Zwolle and Ajax (PEC Zwolle won 5-1 shockingly). Edwin Van Der Sar had to come on the pitch and ask the Ajax fans to stop throwing fireworks!

Surprised at the venue for Dutch Final tbh. they don't allow away fans when Ajax play Feyenoord, bet there was murder after that game.

Amazed they didn't try to burn De Kuip down as well.

PEC Zwolle beat Ajax of Amsterdam 5-1 to win the KNVB Cup on Sunday.

The match was delayed for around half an hour in the first half as Ajax fans threw fireworks on the pitch after Ricardo van Rhijn opened the scoring.

The players went back to the dressing room and the disruption led a visibly emotional Ajax general director Edwin van der Sar to make a public appeal for the fans to ‘stop with this shit’.

The match was the first time Ajax fans have been at the Kuip stadium in five years. They have been banned from away matches against Rotterdam club Feyenoord because of crowd trouble.
