Defenders are starting to cop on to him alright but he still gave cole a tough time on saturday, which is some achievment for a fella who was playing league of ireland football not so long ago.

I felt he had a little slump there for a couple of games resulting in being left out against wba, but he seemed back to himself against chelsea and im sure this player of the month award will give him the boost he needs to kick on again.

I didn't think he'd ever become a proper wide midfielder, but he's getting better and better. He's just footballing sex.

A really, really accomplished performance tonight. He's evolving there nicely.

Pace, aggression and direct running is just what we needed.

He was beyond good. He honestly made Bale look like crap.

If he had done that for a London side he'd be world-famous right now.

Fellaini, Baines, Saha were verging on if not actually world class tonight, and the rest of the side were solid all over.

But Coleman... imagine what he's going to be like when he's actually developed! Massive talent.

A lot of people would laugh at the Coleman and Bale comment, but you couldnt tonight, whatsoever. Shame Coleman couldnt put away that one he had one on one. When his final ball comes along, he's really going to be something special

That cut back for Saha for that volley that came off Hutton was pin-perfect though.

He got caught in two minds for the chance when he ran in from the right, but his desire to get forward for the goal.... watch it again tonight, he's like a blue blur running off the shoulder of Saha! ^^

Pure magic. The most excited I've been about an Everton wideman since Kanchelskis.

His running is borderline ridiculous its that good. He's just as direct as I've ever seen someone. It reminds me of Forest Gump when he's playing American Football and they have to hold the STOP sign up in the crowd. He just wants to run as fast as he can to the byline, I bloomin love it. Not knocking his delivery at all, he's got loads of assists, just maybe a bit more composure, nothing that he won't gain in playing more anyway, great stuff!!!
