Singing/Standing Atmosphere for Oldham replay game

Sat in the Park End I've got to say last night was probably one of the poorest atmospheres I've ever experienced at Goodison for a game that we've won. From what I could make out there was about a 5 second burst of "we're on our way to Wembley" etc after each goal and that was it.

I know a cup game against a lower team is always going to be dicey but last night was a little unreal. I expected it to be a bit like Blackpool last year that took a time to get going.

Hey ho for me taking my daughter to her first night game at Goodison to "experience the magic".............

I know I know but every time you walk up to the old place you think/hope it might be different.

My 8 year old daughter says to me "Daddy why isn't anyone singing - we're winning 3-0 aren't we?". The answer that came back was "Yes I know but we're Everton".

Not the most inspired response......

We hardly ever sing MS3. It's a shame, I like a nice sing song now and then
