Apparently the reluctance by Spurs to sell Holtby comes from the fact he'd be a direct replacement for Draxler who Arsenal want to sign, thus its Levy being a turd. Read into that what you will.

I was having exactly the same thoughts. Probably why this traore stuff has come out of the blue as well. You never know though they might just be trying to push the price up it certainly seems like something is going on though.

Hmmm, that's not a bad shout. But, I'm fairly sure Lukaku would want to wait and see if we qualify for the CL before committing, if at all.
