is it just me that thinks liam bridcutt from brighton would be a decent buy? won't cost much fee/wages wisesince he's handed a transfer request in and it's an obvious choice if it comes to us or sunderland.
from what i saw of him in the cup last year looks a decent little player and would be a good backup for macca and barry

I think we should start trusting Roberto a little more than we are doing especially if a mcgeady or a ince comes in or even if both come in .kone was unlucky with injurys this season and if he hadn't got that injury he could be scoring a lot this season for us .. It's great been a everton fan at the moment for me .good young talented squad and a lot of trust in Martinez so onwards and upwards and whoever comes in and puts on the jersey let's row in behind them

Roberto was apparently at the Dundee United game on Sunday to check on left-back Robertson. Reportedly we wanted to offer £750k with a view to loaning him back for the season but they want £1.5m.

a) Is it a sign that Baines could be on the move considering we already have Oviedo and Garbutt on the books?

b) Maybe he was scouting Souttar or Gauld instead?

c) Maybe we could be interested in all three?

Everything I've seen points to Robertson, the left back.
