Slow window so far.

It always seems to happen on the last day.Why , I don't know.Surely it would be better to break them in at the start of the window instead of the end.

It's brinkmanship. Everyone is holding out for the best deal they can get, buying and selling, until there's no time left for negotiation.

I take that to mean he just feels a bit awkward answering the question though.

Which could mean a number of things.

This is Everton so it means we're not signing anyone in the next 5 years.

During the summer you were convinced that Bill Kenwright was going to appoint a manager from within the club...and proceeded to slate him for that,even though nobody had been appointed.

He didn't and we had the most exciting and productive transfer window I can remember.

We all know your opinon on BK. At least hold you ire until the window is closed as it is hard to take anything you say seriously when it is so obious that your opinon is biased.

The majority of transfers happen at the end of the window,most of those on the last day and most of those in the last hours of the last day.

Clubs will not sell their best players to Everton because of RMs Spanish charms, we all know that one transfer can trigger a chain reaction and sometimes the player you want is available,sometimes he can't be bought...just ask David Moyes.

I would say that we have already been linked with probably about twenty players this window and there is a very good chance that if we sign somebody it will not be from that list.

Why not give the club a chance to do it's business before condemning the chairman and board.
