I can see us shifting a few people this january. For all the nice things Martinez says about players like Heitinga, Jelavic, Vellios, Gueye, Hibbert (doubt he would leave though), etc., they're not getting playing time and probably want to move. Granted a week ago you could've put Oviedo in the same list. Might put Naismith there.
I would like to see a CM come in, someone like Adrien Silva from Sporting that has a bit of an engine and a pass in them. A Gibbo like player except less injury prone. Then a winger/striker 'cause if Lukaku gets injured we're going to be stuck.
