It's pancake day tomorrow, what do you have on yours, any one go for the exotic, Rodders can't even have one poor sod.

I'm very much a traditionalist, lemon and canderel (we diabetics can't have sugar) although I do like lemon curd as well

I'm a Swedish pancake with butter and syrup kind of guy.

Don't like buttermilk pancakes at all.

No worries monts, my Mum makes some 'special' stuff up with Gluten Free flour

Golden syrup all the way pour moi

Traditionalists in our house - batter is now in the fridge, and only lemon juice and sugar allowed on the pancakes tomorrow. BTW does anyone else throw the first pancake out of the pan away as "it's never any good" ? My gran told me this and I stick to the tradition

i think i do remember. they certainly werent round.

They were rubbish, gave up chucked the pan in the sink and had a strope.
