Youve quoted a quite different author, and spelled peperoncini wrongly. You appear to be quite in a pickle...

unsure of the il viagra bit, whos currency is that? Calabrese I think sounds Italian. I reckon peperoncini is green peppers and the o on the same word is the red peppers. Maybe the red ones angry up the blood and give you the horn.
