I'm mostly going to moan about the very much pointless amount of milk left in there and the, I think, meat on a plate that isn't covered up???
Pointless amount of milk, err ok.
And by leaving the meat uncovered and seasoned a day in the fridge before roasting helps dry the surface and create a better flavour.
Stick to your pot noodles lid.
Don't come into the fridge thread if you're so sensitive about your meat lad.
