We need to sack Kenwright Elstone Woods and the rest of the board.
We need to sack Fat Sam pie and gravy eating brown envelope Allardyce
We need to sack Craig stab your buddy in the back Shakespeare
We need to sack Samuel I drink my own urine Lee
And yet some lad wants to sack Duncan Ferguson who as far as I can tell has no influence on our club or playing staff in either a negative or positive fashion

Let the board and manager decide on the merits of any staff on the coaching team, who they have experience of working with, or some random bloke on the internet who has never worked with any of them ...

I loved Ferguson, but I do think it's time the former players stop relying on our generosity.

I hope we get rid of all former players as coaches and start again from scratch, searching for only the highest quality of coaches.

Former players coming back here as coaches on the whole have been a failure. It's only really Unsworth who has succeeded.

Still can't believe we have that rat, Franny Jeffers, a job.

No, but I'm only saying that because I don't know what he actually does. He takes drills and stuff but that's it.

I'm not bothered if he sits down. Generally most staff besides the manager do, apart from maybe the assistant manager. At the Sheffield Wednesday v Millwall match I went to, both the goalkeeping coaches came into the technical area quite a bit, along with the assistant managers and another of Millwall's coaching staff, but that was it. I don't think any of Mourinho's staff get up except Faria.

How are we going to react in 20 years when the rat Barkley is given the manager's post by Kenwright's head in a jar?

I'm fumin' already.

The logical conclusion is: sack everyone.

Sack the board, manager, backroom staff, office staff, catering staff, grounds people, cleaners and the fans.

Sack them all.

Then ransack finch farm, goodison, and Everton 1 and 2. Then set the lot on fire.

Finally, unleash a virus on all Everton social media to finally purge this accursed club and the misery it inflicts on our lives from existence once and for all.

Happy?

It’s ridiculous to even speculate on Duncan’s value to the club. Only those who see him at work can do that.

The people responsible for that judgement are the DoF & the Manager. The overall performance of the club is the responsibility of the Board.

I think it’s patently obvious that we need to clear out at board level. That’s where the mentality & drive is most important. If we had a board capable of identifying & managing high achieving individuals, we’d be on the right track.
