It’s not solely blaming him but is he part of the problem? Is he good enough in what he does? The evidence would suggest he’s not and hasn’t made much difference.

I'll be honest mate, I have no clue how good any coach at any club is, it's not a position you hear about in the media and I don't see coaches at other clubs running up and down the sideline or jumping out of seats to be fair.

Big Dunc used to bleed for Everton. He wears his Everton heart on his sleeve and him and the likes of Hibbo, Jags (when he retires) and Osman can all hopefully get their coaching badges at EFC...we are the people's club, a family club.... and family looks after family.

Equally you did have Lukaku praising him for helping to improve his game. We don't know enough to really comment on whether he is or isn't any good at his job.

As a club, we actually dragged Duncan down a wrong path...he was a good forward who eventually just became an embodiment of the fans' anger at the club falling apart at the seams.

His a coach if you watch most managers in the league, they only let the assistant leave the bench and speak to the players. Him jumping off the bench shouldnt define if he should have a job or not.
