His a coach if you watch most managers in the league, they only let the assistant leave the bench and speak to the players. Him jumping off the bench shouldnt define if he should have a job or not.
I’m not saying jumping up and down should define his job but progression of our attacking play over a period of time might. Have we improved our attacking play over the last 3 or 4 seasons? Remember how everyone used to accuse Rom of being lazy, how Mirallas seemed to regress, del failed to progress, the attacking play this season is shocking. Not all his fault but is he the best we could get for that role or have successive managers been told that he is in that role and that’s that?
This, I love Big Dunc, but maybe it's not working out as a coach.Make him the u23s coach if Unsworth leaves. Gives the new manager a clean slate whilst giving Duncan the opportunity to progress his coaching career, if he wants it.
This.None of us know what Dunc does. It's the chiefs that should get any flack anyway: Mosh, Sam, Walsh, Elstone, Bill.
So is seamusPart of 4 failed regimes.
What?I would say Lukaku improved
I would Say CL has improved
Even niasse to a certain extent
As a coach his not there to change some ones attitude, well i guess thats wrong but some grown men are what they are.... Alex ferguson could had managed Kev and he wouldnt had changed
