That’s in like 3 weeks time?
Yeah if it is 3 weeks time, Dunc would not talk like that. Either new manager is arriving in a few days or he is just too humble. I go with the latter.

You'd be better going with the former.Yeah if it is 3 weeks time, Dunc would not talk like that. Either new manager is arriving in a few days or he is just too humble. I go with the latter.

The longer it takes the worse it gets...AKA big Sam.Well if they rush and bring someone terrible? would that be any good?
Last time with Allardyce it dragged on because Silva was identified but couldn't come. I think Silva's successor is identified and we may get this done a lot quicker. The longer it takes the worse it gets...AKA big Sam.
hopefully we have a plan and that will be completed this week.
3 weeks means they don’t have a plan and make a big mistake
He won 1 home game, by using the passion the crowd and playing for the badge. Won’t get that at OT next weekDelighted for Dunc he looks a sturdy interim post and if he proves himself give him the job but if we haven't got someone already lined up Mosh and co are guilty of being asleep at the wheel.
Quite possibly but no one knows what will happen and yesterday at least showed a backbone among players I had down as utterly spineless. We will see soon enoughHe won 1 home game, by using the passion the crowd and playing for the badge. Won’t get that at OT next week
The whole game was about fighting spirit not tacticsRegardless of how this plays out - and I hope we get in a top-drawer manager suitable for the club sooner rather than later - Dunc did a fantastic job yesterday. Not only with his words before and after and his passion transmitted perfectly to the crowd and players, but also tactically. Let's not forget he only had one day to implement a strategy. He didn't take the easy option of sticking with a formation used this season - he clearly has his own ideas and was not afraid to do things the way he saw best. Would it work in a longer run? Who knows, but he has certainly shown that he has more about him than just a fighting attitude - makes a mockery of those who have labelled him nothing more than a cone-collector. I sincerely hope he gets a chance to be assistant manager then manager somewhere and, if successful, comes back home when he and the club are ready, to manage the club he so dearly loves with a pride that managers just brought in to do a job simply cannot replicate. Love ya Big Dunc!
It was a massive part of it - but switching to 4-4-2 isn't tactics? The whole game was about fighting spirit not tactics
