Fellaini is 1 in 4 (8 shots on target from 32). I think the surprising thing with Mirallas is that he's only scored 1 goal from 11 shots on target and that one was at the second attempt. If he continues to get on the end of so many chances I'm sure that he'll become more clinical.

Stats like that make you realise why players like Beckham used to stay after training and just practice shooting! I'm sure the yanks can help me out on this one, isn't there some famous basketball coach from yonder years who'd make players shoot a hoop for some ridiculous amount of time so they could become perfect at it

Jelavic hasn't hit the heights of last year yet. Nice that we're creating lots of chances though. Once we get more clinical in front of goal we'll be racking up some big ol' scores.

It is a worry, it's confirmed that we have had more shots on goal then any other team in the top five european leagues and yet 27 teams have scored more goals in those leagues. We have to be more ruthless while we're on top, really.
