Mate he misses far too often in the 6 yard box.

He isn't some wet behind the ears teenager. Most strikers score when in front of goal as often as he misses them

You wonder why we are midtable? Because our striker misses from that close.

Dull this! We can all see that there are problems all over the pitch but the standout for me is the teams passing. Since the restart and in truth a few games before its been terrible. Under hit, over hit, pass clearly not on but they play it anyway. And so many played behind the player that they are trying to find that I've lost count per game. Looses all momentum that. Fix that and it'll sort out a lot of the other issues!

Always going to be a tough place to play, they've done ok so far and should be in front.

Our players that were brought in to play in this formation certainly look better in this game.

Come on mate your boy is utter tosh outside of his purple patch from December - February.

Games like these are fine margins - can't be missing chance after chance and expect to win trophies or qualify for europe.

I really like Branthwaite, He's gave the ball away with some sloppy passes but it shows he's comfortable with passing out from the back, Looks like he isn't fazed at all.
Looks a real solid buy.

Got a feeling he has a goal in him from set pieces.

In all seriousness, better performance, albeit still quite crap. Having that extra body in the middle is so much better. Get Simms on for DCL - sick of his incompetence.

Isn't it funny that when you play the players in the system they were recruited for a particular system it works better. We have a terrible team, but 4-2-3-1 is clearly this squad's most effective formation. It just goes to show how big the rebuild will need to be before we have a squad that can actually play the way Carlo wants to play, it is as much about recruitment as it is about coaching in my view.

I hate Siggurdsson, like genuinely hate the guy, but he is a considerably better player in the advanced position. He has actually been ok today. Richarlison gives us so much more than anyone else on the left.

We worked into the contest ok, it's not great, but it is certainly better.
