I think Everton are looking dangerous on the break so after 25 minutes I had what I think is a guaranteed bet with Everton +1 goal (7/10.)

No such thing as guaranteed with Everton mate. We could dominate for 90mins, be up 2-0 and still draw the game with 50 seconds left.. ie Everton 2-2 Newcastle.
