Serious Question

I still don't consider him a young player. He's only 10 months younger than Messi.

Young player should be reserved for 21/22 at a push imo, regardless of what the OS says.

I think that we all think that he has been an Everton player for far too long!

Seriously though, he is our top scorer so he can't be all bad!

Aww come on, he's the only one left of our nigerian triumvirate!

Everything was there for him to make it, but he failed.
Though it's not his fault. Imagine if he came up in some crap club in belgium, like Romelu Lukaku did, he would be commanding a GIANT transfer fee after scoring 20 a season. Not unlikely, you know. Shame we never let him go out on loan, as his time in the first team has been stop-start all the time, and he's obviously done with it.

Hmm.
wikipedia says he's made 101 appearances for Everton. That's fuhking amazing.
Compare that to perpetual loanee James Vaughan, like. Who has done three for Norwich so far :P

NO, shouldnt play for any team in the premiership, i think he has something over moyes that he doesnt want to come out cos he keeps playing him, but to be fair over the last few games he has got us some points, but young player of season, no chance

he's scored six goals this season now, top scorer, people who have had more opportunities than him have scored less, he got my vote i'm afraid.

Interesting to see Michael Owen interview about his injuries & more relevent those of ( I'll whisper his name) Stevie G, who in Owen's opinion took a few years to grow into his body ie. Victor & Rodwell

He's been out too long to be considered young player of the season. Vellios gets my vote because he's contributed to senior team and the reserves all season long. What Vic has done this season has been really impressive but the fact is he's only appeared in 12 games.

I believe that 'officially' anyone 25 or under counts as a young player

he shouldn't even be an Everton player imo, how he got away with turning a contract down and staying in favor is beyond me.
He has a very effeminate voice as well as going down like a tart.

PROVE ME WRONG LAD, PROVE ME WRONG EVERY WEEK.*
