It's been such a terrible WC that I'd like to see a side like Morocco win the thing.
A negative team for a devalued competition.
Argentina are a one man team
Croatia are like Morocco, playing for penalties.
France are decent but needed a dodgy ref to beat a crap England team.

Why has the World Cup been devalued?

Morocco have only had one penalty shootout and have beaten more top sides at this World Cup then England have in the last 20 years of WC football.

Oh and England are not crap but they did bottle it against the current world champions in a game they should have won

I was talking about this only today. He’s been influential during the tournament in terms of goals and assists, but you’d struggle to say he’s played well.

Maybe that’s the sign of a top player as it often is with a top team: performing when it really matters rather than all the time. Messi has been their crux.

Has the tournament been a display of good quality football? While enjoyable and unpredictable, I don’t think the football has been to the highest standard in terms of quality.

Devalued because it should never have been held in Qatar.
Morocco have played anti football throughout.
And I wouldn't use perennial underachievers England as a benchmark for the North Africans.
