It's an expected 1-0 loss rather than an expected 3-0 loss. There is a lot to look forward to.

Whether you “expect” one or not is a different matter.

As for hastening the process, that premise is flawed insofar as this game is crucial in the current context where making the top six is now a pipe dream and a winter spent struggling in the bottom half is in danger of becoming the new normal so this is a potential six pointer in a game Moshiri has marked in the “unexpected” loss category.

Koeman will thankfully be gone soon enough so we should not be welcoming defeats to the teams around us on the grounds it will “hasten the process”.
