Second Season Illness?

The only way he is going to get better is if he gets rid of his stubbornness and realises that the tactics he uses just don't work. The biggest worry is he has perceived with the same tactics for most of the season, even though everyone else can see they're not working, apart from him that is.

And if he changes some/all of his coaching staff... in my opinion, they more than El Bob have brought the Wigan feel to Everton.

If we didn't give him an other chance who would u like to replace him?

Mine would be Big Dunc
I have a funny feeling Big Dunc would be a Roy Keane level bad manager.

In fact we've been rubbish since he joined the coaching staff. Those kinds of personalities just don't work today.

dunc seems far more of a people person than keane, also think keane is judged somewhat harshly as a manager, didn't do well at Ipswich, but turned sunderland around

I heard this the other day on talksport someone called and said maybe Martinez is having this and he started saying that when Moyers first came he got us champions league football and the he said that he had a bad second season as we finished 17th or something like that so do u think that next season Martinez will get better if we give him a chance?

You've got a really good mate who had a lousy day at school: dropped his lunch tray & got laughed at; gt told off by the teacher cos he started talking.

Your mate is so annoyed he says something bad to you.

Do you tell your mate to get lost or do you think, "O K, he's mad now but I'll try and stick with him till he calms down"?
