The only way he'll be gone is if we were to go down... That won't happen so he'll get his chance of a third year, and the biggest challenge of his career to date... to well and truly turn things around in every department cos the fan base won't wear another season like this one.

Totally agree. First season was great, second season cr@p.
Second season syndrome? Europa league hangover? Finding his true level? We will only find out next season when there will be none of those excuses.

He does deserve the chance to prove himself though.

If he refuses to change, his biggest problem will be trying to convince our better players to stay because I reckon they would want out.

If we are this gash this time next year he will be long gone, probably by November.
