I heard this the other day on talksport someone called and said maybe Martinez is having this and he started saying that when Moyers first came he got us champions league football and the he said that he had a bad second season as we finished 17th or something like that so do u think that next season Martinez will get better if we give him a chance?

If we didn't give him an other chance who would u like to replace him?

Mine would be Big Dunc
Too early for Dunc mate- he needs more experience.

I still reckon Martinez deserves the summer to bring in some new signings.

I do think there's a bit of that going on. Last year nobody doubted how good the team were playing, but this season has almost come to mutiny. It does happen, I remember Reading a few years ago taking the prem by storm and finishing near the European places, the next year they sunk like a stone. Same happened with wigan and Birmingham City. Remember Pardew when he first took over with the skunks? He had such a good first season Mike Ashley threw a huge contract at him and the year after they slid down the table like a greased breeze block. Only time will tell if we part company with El Bob or give him another chance to put things right.

He knows how football works he can read the game he can do anything a manager could.
It's a big job being Everton manager though so it would make sense for him to earn his stripes at a smaller club first.

It would be boss to have him as manager if he was up to it like.

The only way he'll be gone is if we were to go down... That won't happen so he'll get his chance of a third year, and the biggest challenge of his career to date... to well and truly turn things around in every department cos the fan base won't wear another season like this one.
Agree with all of this.
