Well it looks like Belgium are in the quarter finals anyway!btw I think Russia has done a great job, with regards to hosting this event.Russia is a country that gets a lot of negative press, a lot of the times that is justified, but i think there is a western media/western world bias against Russia.All countries have their problems.

But people are going over to Russia, they are enjoying themselves, and i think they are finding out that so called big bad russians, aren't so bad after all.

Sadly Russia drew the short straw getting Spain, but hopefully there will be a big performance in them.You never know, anything is possible in football.Who would have thought for example, that the Germans would have crashed out in the group stages!lol

I did a week in Russia a couple of summers ago and it spat in the face of everything our media tells us. A lot of the Russians I spoke to were actually oblivious to how they are portrayed in the UK press.

Not necessarily. They were very lucky to qualify, needing a Messi hat trick in their last game. I think what we seeing is their current level, not sure they are going to get better.

Yeah I think Colombia’s forward 4 are exactly the type that will cause England’s defence no end of problems. They’ll be hoping James Rodriguez doesn’t make it. Either way, it’s very stupid of England to look past them.
