40 minutes hold on the phone for me.

Very helpful lad moved our two tickets down 15 rows nearer to exits and facilities

Took about 5 minutes total

Can’t complain with the service at all
Once you get through the service is sound, the staff are genuinely decent, it’s just the set up that’s poor. 2 hours for me on the phone, and like you said once you get through it gets sorted quick and easy.
 
I've been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes here... they've put me in the wrong priority group. Applied on day one for the 12 month deposit which subsequently locked me out of renewing for weeks. I was assured I'd be able to move on day one and they've allocated me the 15th June.

A group of us planned to move together today and the rest of them have held off for me. All the seats we wanted now gone.

The whole club is an absolute shambles from top to bottom. A Premier League club asking £1500 for season tickets for me and the kids and can't even get through on the phone. It's embarrassing.

That is sly, so you've probably missed out on better seats now because you couldn't see what was available when you should have been allowed, the whole club on and off the pitch is terrible, charge 5 star prices for 0 star service on the pitch/via the club whether it's ringing the ticket office, online, terrible the majority of the time.

Yeah but if you need something sorting quickly it's ridiculous having to wait hours on hold. Nothing is ever simple with this club though is it
To be fair it's not easy with phone based customer stuff, you can't exactly employ 100 people who you don't need just so that on that one or two days of the year that people want to call up they don't have to queue, there isn't necessarily a simple solution. I'm not downplaying how annoying it is or whatever, but it genuinely can be quite difficult to find the right balance with that type of thing.

Don't think he meant employ 100 staff to answer phones, more the website should work properly to show every available seat in real time or as close to

The post it was in reply to was specifically about getting through on the phone so I'm not sure that's true. I haven't tried to switch seats so I can't comment on that system, it's never going to be in real time but it's disappointing if you're not even able to see a snapshot.
 
Those wanting to move seats - Be careful what you wish for! Moved TWICE and both bad moves with the people around. Had old dears! telling people to be quiet, then group of 5 always 10mins late both at start and half tme getting to their seats.

Ive had issues calling on so called none busy days and still been on hold, I get it, but like you says still very annoying haha
