Any decent manager, Sean Dyche is average in the lower end of the bracket.

Honestly Matty your incessant need to name a name is doing my head in, it's like arguing with a 5 year old or Davek, as it's the same thing - Dyche is crap but we can't sack him anyway, I'm well aware, doesn't change the fact he's horribly limited, get it?

I think £3m a year plus the extra £3m for doing his job at the end of last season, so £6m he has had out of us (nearly Allardyce money that) probably keeps him sweet at the moment. Clubs weren't exactly lining up for his services.

No it's not, I'm asking you why you think no other football manager in the history of the game in any country has been in the position that Dyche is because you are talking rubbish tbh.
Look, Im not saying sack the manager it's totally the wrong time of the season and the club has no board but to suggest that no other manager in world football could do the job or that no other manager has experienced off field turmoil is just nonsense.

It’s a catch-22. Dyche is doing well in terms of getting points, which is the first principle of football. We are a limited team without any brilliant players and he has got us organised.

The flip side is that tbh I do think that there is probably a better manager out there that could do better with the team. They aren’t completely terrible, and aren’t helped by Dyche’s style tbh. Giving up possession all the time is not only a horrible watch but is our own downfall at times. He does nothing to develop any of the younger players, and seems very short term in his thinking and limited when a few players are out or plan A fails.

My biggest issue is I don’t see how it gets any better. It’s fine being happy about battling draws and wins for a while but it’s not football I want to watch long-term and Dyche doesn’t manage any other way.

I don’t want to turn into Burnley where he’s doing well enough not to be sacked but the football makes you want to gouge your own eyes out most of the time. Even they took the hit and went down, Kompany might not be the best manager in the PL but it’s a lot better to watch.

Great, and he'll turn us into Burnley as he's already fast tracking that anyway, which is what's been told to you by about 50 people already, and why we're unhappy with the limited manager.

FWIW we should be a bit unhappy with the wages for a relegation specialist but we were in dire straits I guess.
