We played well and got a point today .
Should have been 3
He needs to keep it up now .
He will always be flawed .
And when we regain our ambition he won’t be the manager we need .
But for now , he and the team need to accumulate points.
We have to expect a win against Palace , anything else is failure and devalues the good work today .
But he should allow himself a beer and listen to a bit of music tonight .

the games we have december which are utter soiling time

Just back from Leicester.

Awful, awful subs once again in my opinion.

Harrison is literally eye AIDS and done absolutely nothing when he came on.

And taking off Ndiaye for another holding mid and sticking Doucs at 10 was just mental. Totally lost our shape and invited pressure once Ndiaye went off as he was scaring them to death up to that point.

Away end were not happy and made their feeling felt.

Lucky to hold on for a point with their pressure at the end, but we deserved it.

Just out of curiosity Dave, in our next 3 games how many pts would be acceptable (not how many you think we will get) for you not to consider Dyche's position as still safe?

I'd say so far this season at least 4-7 from Leicester, Brighton or Bournemouth I would have expected. We got 1, which was not satisfying at all.

I'd say 6 points from them surely.

Newcastle is a far better team, but away isn't as good as home, we also beat them last season, could get something there.

Dyche's in game management is atrocious.

27 games is potentially 81 points on paper though and that's an awful lot of points. This is the PL don't forget and we need to be ready to offer up and play against all the other 19 teams in the league. This culture of 'Expected defeats' that has developed going into certain games needs to stop, it's a negative, defeatist mentality.
He beat Liverpool so that was worth 40.5 points.

Leave him alone.
