I said this recently- in fairness to him if he went today I think he would go down as someone who did much more good for this club than harm - and there's few managers since Moyes I think you could say that about. He's guided us through two difficult and critical seasons and in time I think the job he's done here will be seen positively.

BUT it does feel like he's out of road and him and his staff are out of ideas and he isn't the guy who can progress us beyond a cycle of relegation battles. It happens and when it does it's time to move on.

He's ruining his legacy by being a bit of a blert at the moment.

We should have done better so far this season - just admit it and take some responsibility.

I worry that it is all becoming about him and that is affecting the squad - the club needs results.

Gone to his head last seasons achievement and it was given the point deductions.
However, football does have short memory next to none with appalling results he has able to achieve thus far. And thats football for every manager. His unjustified nark witn fans and the fact he bangs on about being fit, the players seem shot after 60 mins I have little faith in him.
Dyche is going to have to go on run of positive results that he has never achieved before to have slightest chance of keeping the best job he will ever have.

Most narcissistic manager in world football. Wouldn’t mind if he was actually decent at his job.

Id agree, I think hes mentally done with it. Hes done a great job up until the start of this season, and to be fair its been brutal circumstances. No one would begrudge him saying "Its been a poor start by our standards, we have exceeded a really brutal situation last year, but we will try to improve". But I think all of the unfair criticism he got last year and stress of it has gotten to him.

Sometimes when you get unfairly criticized 90% of the time, you hunker in and lash out at the 10% thats legitimate. It sounds like hes reached that point, and if results dont follow soon I honestly think he needs to be moved on for everyone's sake. Its not that hes not capable, its that hes checked out and you cant win with players that check out and you cant win with a coach that checks out, whether what they have had to deal with is fair or not.
