No idea when it was announced but I made this comment earlier on the transfer thread.

Who says they're doing nothing? We don't know what's going on, we're just reacting to rumours.

Just goes to show that not everything is leaked beforehand.

Apparently in response to Dyche's admission that he could take the team no further, they refused to pay off his full contract, and dismissed him.
Perfectly normal natural reaction in a commercial business environment.

I can't believe Dyche said that. He always seemed pretty gung-ho.

Good. He had digs at the fans, smacked his players, was sarcastic with the media, disrespected the final season at Goodison with throwaway remarks. Doesn’t deserve a fairytale send off, can’t stand the fella.
