I think it's fairly obvious that change is needed immediately, hopefully the Friedkins recognise this. I was an advocate of Dyche after last year, but as risky as changing managers is, it has to be the decision.

Evertonians just want to enjoy football again.

Southgate is useless. He should have won at least 2 of the last 3 tournaments with the easy draws he was given and the players at his disposal. Keep him well away even if he is a slight step up from Dyche

It shows how far we have fallen as a club though that as predicted there isn't a murmur about his job being under threat in the mainstream media .
He is seen as doin a good job.
