2025/26 Seamus Coleman

Played well. Nice to see him last the full 90. - even the club posted out that’s it’s his first 90 he has managed in 12 months.

Looked fitter and sharper than he has done in a long time, and if that’s the Coleman that is with us all season, then great. Fingers crossed it is.

Even though I think he should have retired by now, I’d still love to see him score at the new gaff. Fingers crossed he can stay fit, as we’ll still need cover even if we get a new RB before next week, and the lad deserves to go out on a high.

If I'm not mistaken, that was the catastrophic 2-3 home loss against Bournemouth, where most of the goals came from his side and the 'skipper' failed to keep the team's head in place, which is precisely the sort of occasions when he is supposed to earn his crust.

I rest my case.

Let's hope he's never seen in the Premier League again, that's all I'm saying. Disaster waiting to happen.

Looking forward to a routine win against Wolves, we should have way too much for them today. UTFT! COYB!
