We also had several other interim coaches who have gone on to be very much poop though?I'd love it if we kept him on at the club, and he went through his coach badges. Rightly so, because he has been a great servant to our club.
We also had him and Baines in for a game when Dyche got binned off.
Doesn't mean he will go to poop. You can see what the club means to him, and he's given his all. Again, this is just my opinion, and I love to see him stay on in a coaching role.We also had several other interim coaches who have gone on to be very much poop though?
He's got his badges earlier this year, has he not?
Less than Ireland obviously.Doesn't mean he will go to poop. You can see what the club means to him, and he's given his all. Again, this is just my opinion, and I love to see him stay on in a coaching role.

Actually being ruthless as you seem to suggest will be counterproductive. Look at the effect that attitude has had on Man Utd post Ferguson.I’m sure Seamus is a sound lad and is well thought of but we can’t run the club like a Sunday tea gathering for ever, it’s half the reason we have been fighting relegation and won piss all for 30 years.
Hasn't he already had a testimonial?
There was no more ruthless a manager in the game as Ferguson. He laid down the law in the dressing room and he had a knack of moving players on before their level dropped. Here we keep players and extend contract after contract. Even players that are important to the team for 5, 6 or 8 seasons, eventually their level of performance drop off, but we kept giving out short term deals when we should have been moving them on to make room for their replacements.Actually being ruthless as you seem to suggest will be counterproductive. I wouldn`t go that far. Up to his leg break he was a solid enough RB, its just a shame that we didn`t take his 10 months out to find a full time replacement but instead presumed he`d come back the same as before and continue for another 8 years. The last few seasons of injury followed by injury have taken a bit from times and efforts at the club and I can understand how many of us can`t wait till he hangs up his boots.Get rid asap and we can finally move on from his ghastly captaincy and attention seeking antics. Sick of the sight (and sound) of him.
Coincidence that Everton and Ireland have both had their worst ever periods in their history while he was captain? I think not.
Mediocrity personified and propagated.
Goodbye and never come back.
We are getting rid of a right back who’s been benched for nearly three seasons, not Dixie Dean.Actually being ruthless as you seem to suggest will be counterproductive. Look at the effect that attitude has had on Man Utd post Ferguson.
Each to their own. I just think it would be a touch of class to keep him here to do his badges and coach with the youth and when he gets a bit of experience he will go and find his own path.We are getting rid of a right back who’s been benched for nearly three seasons, not Dixie Dean.
