As soon as he hit it my reaction was what a strike, as I posted on here immediately after the goal. I've had a chance to watch it again a few times now and I've seen nothing to make me change my opinion. He looks across to see if there's across on, sees the terrible position of the keeper and just puts his laces right through it. A good goal to cap a good performance.

Gueye, McNeill and Mykolenko were all very good today as well.

I absolutely think it was an attempt at goal. A yolo attempt sure but it went in. The keeper was in an awful position to deal with it so he took the gamble and it paid off. What a strike. Lucky but if the keeper doesn’t respect the angle he deserves to get scored on
