Sorry to be the ignorant American, but what is this flag?

Asked that same question in an Irish pub quite a few years ago. Supposedly it are the weapons of the four provinces of Ireland. That flag was without the shamrock though, but guess it's on there because it's the national symbol.

If any of the Irish members on here want to shoot me down because I talked garbage, go right ahead.

Seamus was born in Donegal which is part of the Ulster province.

It's probably an IRFU flag (the centre part being their crest) - rugby union football is played internationally by an all island team (association football is separated into Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland) .

Hopefully back sook but good to know that Godfrey can deputise. Apart from leftback though we now have no cover for any position on the back line with Coleman Kennu Holgate and Branthwaite all injured.

Should have started from the bench and ideally given another weeks rest.

Cant see him being back until after the international break same as Richarlison.

I’d prefer Godfrey to cover him than Kenny if he is out for a while. He needs to recover properly and get back to where he was before the West Ham game rather than rush back.
