Seamus Coleman receives racist abuse on Twitter from Everton 'fans'

Just pure stupidity, I imagine most of those comments were made with the assistance of a carer of some sort

Twitter is a hotbed of c*nts. Sadly, these wee pricks wouldn't have the bottle to say the same things in the pub where, hopefully, they'd be taken outside and given a toeing.

Irish isn't a race it's a nationality. Pretty sure it can be deemed offensive but not racist.

There is stuff listed that's not offensive at all... Like Coleman should be axed. Been nothing but a liability. Can't wait till Hibberts back....

Nothing written there is racist. It's offensive but certainly not racist and some of the comments listed are not even offensive. Total total over reaction. I'm sure every football player has suffered some sort of abuse over social media.

Also things get said in heat of the moment.

To be honest he has been crap and that's their personal opinion. Don't condone personal insults though

Are completely fine. Seems odd to lump in blatantly offensive tweets with what is simply opinion.

Especially the third one. You hear stronger views than that on GOT every fives minutes.

The offensive ones - yeah, ridiculous. Especially the first. I thought the whole "wishing death on people" was a Kopite trait...
