There is a Union Jack being hoist by Rangers fans wirh “Culloden” emblazoned on it.

Really?

Scottish people celebrating a battle on which thousands of Scots were slaughtered.
Rangers fans vary from really decent and friendly people to lunatics. I suppose every club has its elements. We have our own with Everton as do Shamrock Rovers.

As posted before, one of my favourite memories was the day after Ireland beat Scotland in February 87 when we were invited by Rangers fans to their local. Couldn't buy a round all night, and I was wearing my Rovers green and white hoops! Brilliant experience.

It's only now I can relax and enjoy the game long after it's finished. (Ancient gag alert!) I haven't been that nervous since I stood next to Shakin' Stevens at the urinal.

I was disappointed we didn't take more of the chances we had. It led to a nerve wracking end to the game. I thought Starfelt, and Carter Vickers were outstanding. Giakoumakis put in a power of work, as did Maeda.
