Serbian teams were hit with a european ban as a result of that war, and they obviously have never recovered from that.

I've seen some youtube documentaries on the Belgrade derby. They take their football very seriously over there! They're just as fanatical as the turks imo.

Nice to have a couple of Rangers fans onboard who walk the walk and actually go to watch their team rather than paying lip service.

Very commendable guys, looked like a great atmosphere there again tonight.

My mate whose a sth got covid yesterday and was gutted he missed it.

Yeah LT, Atmosphere was great(not Dortmund great mind you!) that first 25mins was crazy and the place was literally bouncing!
The European games are always different level atmosphere and watching a game where the opposition don't sit 10 guys in the penalty box for 90% of the game is always enjoyable!

It was like a VAR fest, so many incidents for the officials to deal with.
It would have appeared Rangers were getting all of the decisions but tbf the officials assisted by VAR got everything spot on, what a pen save from McGregor as well.

Yeah, when VAR goes for you it's the best thing ever, lol.

But frustrating in the ground when you don't know what the fecks going on when they don't show anything on screens!

Was basically looking down right behind the pen and everyone was convinced he was going to save it! He's a superb shotstopper but his distribution with the ball at his feet and coming off his line are his weak points and lately he's been heart stopping at times!!

Great night although that first 25 minutes nearly ended me. Tie not over though all tonight’s hard work could be erased next week if we don’t be careful. Another night that mob would of had 1 or 2 goals.

I’ve no idea how to attach photos but I’m normally in the East Enclosure but my seat was moved due to it being in the red zone for covid as it’s next to the dug out so was in the Govan Front tonight same as Dortmund.

Not arsed. You wont get beyond the next round. All you're doing is depleting energy levels for the SPL title run in.

I remember when Hearts played Red Star Belgrade in the 1996 European Cup Winners’ Cup. Great game and atmosphere but it was not to be.
