So... ? Are you suggesting that Celtic had the tougher game last night to contend with??

I'm just saying I'm not surprised by the result. Dortmund have the 7th worse defensive record in the Bundesliga. Their last game they were thrashed 5-2 at home.

Meanwhile nobody is giving Bodo/Glimt the respect they deserve.

While I have no doubt this is true, in modern times Celtic have been the most successful of the two sides. I don't know how old you would have to be to have seen Rangers be more successful than Celtic, maybe 70 odd?

In fairness, it's not Celtic's fault Rangers went into liquidation, and the newco accepted into the 3rd tier of Scottish football. Celtic can only try to compete against whoever is in front of them
Listen mate I agree Celtic have been the much more dominant side. My life especially I was born 91 so just starting to get into football by the time Rangers dominance was coming to an end. Then had the O’Neil period where we won two titles because Celtic threw them away but was all Celtic.

Also agreed on Celtic can only beat whats in front of them. My point is Dave is claiming it’s a one horse race when it’s far from it. For years Celtic where miles ahead of Rangers. Couldn’t even see us. But it’s not the case anymore atm is neck and neck.

But they are currently 2nd in the Bundesliga at the moment!!

Just seems you're trying to devalue a great performance from Rangers rather than give them the credit/respect they deserve, yourself?

Pretty sure if Everton had that result in Germany last night you would have been raving about it?

By the way as for your point about the tie not being over yet, absolutely agree.
Rangers will have to be as near to last night's performance as possible to get through to the last 16.

As for the Norwegians, it would seem that the only ones that didn't give Bodo the respect they deserved was celtic?

It's definitely not a one horse race this season. If either club has a slight dip in form, it could easily hand the title to their rivals.

l'm not usually one for complimenting TRFC, but I do try to be honest. That was an incredible result last night. If someone had said beforehand the game would end up with a 4 - 2 score line I think almost everyone would have assumed it would be for the Germans.

If Dortmund had Marius Wolf, Emre Cann and none other than Erling Haaland who is huge to the way they play. Plus not having such a weak defence as of late. I would agree with you.

Ah, the old Pacific Shelf keech.

Bizarrely, it only took supporters of the newco around 28 years to come up with that one! lol

I mean there's slow on the uptake, and there's just plain learning difficulties. ?
Good to see you are not going to give us your usual long winded denial of it this time, you must be coming round to accepting it. ?
