Morton 2 v 0 Raith Rovers.

Decent performance, especially second half, and it's looking more and more likely that we'll make the play-offs this season. 5 points behind Dundee Utd with a game in hand against today's opponents Raith.

His face obviously doesn't fit at Celtic and he would definitely bolster the Dundee Utd. squad, however, having played Utd. 3 times and Hibs twice this season, I still think Hibs have the stronger squad and should win the title. As for our challenge to Utd. for second place, we have bolstered our own squad by securing the services of Aberdeen striker Lawrence Strickland (who scored on his debut on Saturday) on loan until the end of the season. Still plenty to play for and to be honest, we would be happy to finish in any play-off position and take it from there.

Rumours abound they'd also like Ciftci back as well

I honestly don't know why they sold all three of Ciftci, GMS and Armstrong so close together to the same club

Something shifty going on there. Wasn't McNamara ex-Celtic?
Yeah Mikey, McNamara was ex-Celtic, but don't think that's the reason they all ended up there, more likely that Dundee Utd needed the money. Armstrong seems to be the only one who's fulfilled his potential and is now part of the national squad.

Read that earlier Mikey, what a load of sho!te. Tierney looks like he will go on to be a regular at left back for Celtic and Scotland for some time and will probably move to England at some point, possibly to replace Baines? Barrie McKay on the other hand is a player who clearly has talent and also a bad attitude. We had him on loan at Morton during the embarrassing relegation season when we lost 10-2 at Hamilton, he was one of the poorer performers in one of the worst Morton teams in living memory, but good luck to him.

Morton 2 v 0 Falkirk - Scottish Cup.

Although Falkirk dominated the early part of the game, there was never any doubt about the eventual victors after on loan Celtic midfielder Jamie Lindsay scored just before half time. We took full control of the game just after half time when Ross Forbes added a second and Falkirk rarely threatened for the rest of the ninety minutes. Hopefully the draw will be kind to us tomorrow, almost anyone at fortress Cappielow, a wee diddy team or a decent day trip please.
