The charge of asking how a relative is doing. Look he deserves a good dig but maybe not from police.
A relative who had died. The intent was clear. The context of the utterance was clear. If that were brought in front of magistrates they'd find him guilty.

You also have to factor in the environment here: the Glasgow Police and judiciary have been fighting a long campaign to enforce Zero Tolerance on sectarianism and sectarian related offences.

Yeah I guess. I've just personal bad experience with abusive police and I kinda do be fearful of giving them that much power but I know it's very circumstantial.

Aberdeenshire Cup Semi Final for me tonight , Buckie Thistle v The Broch. Should be a close game , Fraserburgh beat us 3-1 at home two weeks ago , could have gone either way. 8 o’clock kick off, fortunately only 5 mins away - for those wondering time hasn’t been changed to suit Sky broadcast, always that way to allow bit of extra time for players working in the day! :) , ‘mon i Jags!

Blowey , blustery , driving rain from the North , 1-1 after 90 mins so it went to penalties . Buckie missed 4 including the vital last one and their penultimate one which would have seen them through  . Think the final penalty score was 5-4 to the Broch , lost count!

I don't believe Ryan Kent will be as good for Rangers this time round, players going back to clubs after a break regardless of the circumstances rarely are.
He only seemed to ever come alive against Celtic which I found very strange for a guy with obvious periodical talent but lacking in consistency.

A 15 year old has been charged by the police over the incident.

It didn’t say in the papers. Just that a 15 year old was charged and referred to the Early and Effective Intervention Co-ordinator. Whatever that is.
I’m not an expert in this but “Early and Effective Intervention” is the lower end of the ladder when offending behaviour occurs . It can be used to avoid reporting the child, I.e. he’s 15, to the Children’s Reporter and the Children’s Hearing System on offence Grounds. They would be seeking to work with him to prevent his behaviour escalating into further offences. He could in theory have been reported on offence grounds into the Children’s Hearing system but this is not likely for a single offence such as this. CHS, Children’s Hearings Scotland , is a system unique to Scotland , and is often poorly understood by people in Scotland let alone outside it so I’ll leave it there.
