Paul Hartley is the new Cove Rangers manager.
The previous boss who got them promoted is now director of football who suffered a heart attack recently,so cant blame him stepping down/across.
Hartley (his wife makes lovely jam) done a sterling job at alloa under financial constraints, could do a good job at Cove .
Cove adding strength to their squad might be worth an ew bet this season.

Paul Hartley was involved with Cove towards the end of last season when the manager Sheran had his heart attack . Hartley’s partner is Sheran’s daughter. Cove have 5 or 6 players who could probably play above League 2 , if they get their fitness levels right for a higher league and hit the ground running then yeah they could be promotion contenders. A very attractive team to watch, a bit far for me on home games but will try to watch them away.
