I never met a Rangers fan from Govan, or Glasgow in general, who appeared to be a Tory in any political conversation I had with them
Thought it was a definite red but if anything Celtic have looked more comfortable since going down to 10.

The Tory Party up there has always been the Conservative and Unionist Party (actually was here in Liverpool once, but that's another story), so it did attract Rangers fans (especially those with their forebears in NI who moved across for the shipyard work). They also now are attracted to the Tories as a way of keeping Independence at bay.
Brown is immense, a proper winner in the Reid/Keane mould. We haven't had one of those for ages.
