Tony Bloom owns B&HA but he doesn’t own Hearts.

🎵”Is this the way to Barcelona,
Bayern Munich, Lazio, Roma?
The Gorgie Boys are taking over,
The Champions League awaits for me

🎵Sha na na na na na na Hey!”
I think that if Bloom has, or is deemed to have " significant influence or control " then that would be enough to cause a problem if;
Brighton and Hearts were in the same competition, or
The requisite action / paperwork had not been completed by the previous March 1 deadline.
Palace fell victim to this last season. I think it unlikely that Brighton will get to the CL so it's a moot point anyway.
Enjoy👍

Could become an issue if both end up in the Europa League next season? If Brighton qualified and then say Hearts get knocked out in preliminary round of the CL

We just proved once again that we don't have the balls or the mentality for the fight to win this title, typical 45 minute performance as well, being doing it all season tbh.
Hearts deserved the win in the end and we're reduced to helping them win it when we play that lot next week! 🙄
We’ll be rooting for you, Laudo

Indeed that would be an issue if that was the case.

But it isn’t.

It took a year of legal work to ensure that his investment was done in a way that issues like this wouldn't arise.

Bloom is a minor investor but with full commitment to the club. His shares are non-voting.

It’s worth remembering that Hearts are in fact a fan-owned club; the biggest of such in the UK.
