I was just looking at the next Rangers Manger betting and within the massive list there are the usual suspects and absolute no hopers but what surprised me was no Duncan Ferguson listed. Now I'm not saying he should get the job or even be considered but given he played for Rangers and is a football manger of sorts it seems odd he is not listed even if a long shot

He blamed Sevco for walking away when he got banged up. That's an issue. And I believe he's unwilling to take the rosary beads off his wrist that were given to him by his daughter.

No Loving Cup-supping for Duncan for those reasons.

Scottish MSP and Rangers fan Murdo Fraser reported over 'No more Buddhists' comment in relation to Russell Martin. Police Scotland confirmed to The National that a complaint has been received.

“We have received a report relating to a post made online and the information is being assessed," a spokesperson said.

The complainant, meanwhile, told The National: “My daughter, who is Buddhist, and many of her community friends feel insulted and marginalised by this statement. Such comments can perpetuate intolerance and division in our society.”

The Scottish Conservatives have been approached for comment.
